Mimi was lovely and very professional. I had a wax and my eyebrows tinted - she was great at explaining what she was doing and checking that I was comfortable at all times, even suggesting products and things I could do at home. I was really pleased with both treatments and would recommend to others.

Perfect from start to finish! Mimi runs a tight ship, she's meticulous and attentive, even the music was great. The only disappointing factor was that my tint was slightly darker than I would have liked it, but I was rather vague in my instructions. I will be using this service again.
