Mimi was absolutely great. She really takes her time on your treatment and makes you feel at ease. It’s great to support an independent business and her knowledge is outstanding. I have had a lot of hollywood waxes and this is by far the best I have ever had. It’s rare to find a beautician who takes such care. Highly recommended!

Horrid experience.
I was told as soon as I booked that the massage would be at her house because she’s moving salons.. I thought this was strange but accepted this. Thirty minutes before the massage, she called to say she’d been locked out of her house and will need to postpone until the morning. I arrived at the house and she’d given her neighbours address out, the poor lady living there was clearly annoyed this kept happening. After all of this, I found the location. This was a cold, run down house with no lights. The massage was okay, but I was constantly on edge - her phone rang during the massage and people were knocking at her door.
After booking this massage as a treat, I was incredibly disappointed.
