I keep coming back to have my facials with Mimi, although I have moved further away from the salon than I used to live, because they are excellent. She is very thorough and I particularly enjoy the massage segment of the facial. Highly recommended.

The 1.5hr treatment was more like 2 hours which was A-mazing for me! Mimi asked lots of questions before the treatment which filled me with confidence. Facial felt great, it had a long steam phase which is new to me, skin felt good afterwards. Massage was thorough and felt like it went on forever.

I had a wonderful 5 * massage with Mimi. She really excells at everything from facials, to pedicures to massage. She worked all the knots out and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The venue is a bit funny as she's located in an hair salon but the staff at the salon are welcoming & friendly.

Miss Frank is very professional and knows what she's about. I have been waxing for years and she convinced me to try a treatment I wasn't exactly familiar with after explaining that the results might be better because of my hair type (it was!)
Even though the Treatwell appointment never showed up in her planner (she showed me), she still made time to handle my appointment. I will be recommending her to anyone who asks and will definitely be returning.
