First time I've visited Mimi Frank. Her previous appointment overran and i was her last client of the day (the late openings are ideal for those who don't finish work until 6pm!) She was so apologetic and immediately made me feel comfortable (this was my first bikini wax too so that was needed!), Always told me what she was doing and what she was using. The legs she did with strips and was ever so quick but quite a few hairs were still visible when i got home. She used hot wax for the underarm and bikini wax which was a lot more effective. I'll definitely be returning to fill up my rewards card!

Although I no longer live locally to Mimi's salon, I made the trip over especially - it really is the best facial that I have ever had!
