Mimi is lovely and very knowledgeable: she suggested a hot wax instead of strip due to the nature of my hair and this proved to be the best choice (less mess, pain and a noticeable longer lasting result!). She was also very attentive (checking wax temperature was ok during the treatment) and incredibly thorough and made sure I was happy with the final result. For such a good value for money as well, I couldn't ask for a better deal!

Mimi is a lovely, polite lady and gave a very good massage. I was asked what type i wanted, any focus areas and also pressure. I left feeling truly relaxed. Would definitely recommend.
