It was not my first time there but it was my first wax. Mimi made me feel comfortable and, as always, really took time for the wax, which I appreciate. You don't feel rushed.

Mimi's facials are the best I have ever had, really thorough and the massage portion of the facial is worth going for in itself. It is a shame that the hairdressers just outside the door can be so loud (switching on loud music and chatting away at the top of their voices while they eat their lunch) as it is a little disrespectful, especially knowing that a large part of a facial/massage is relaxation. However, I still plan to go back to Mimi as often as possible, and I recommend anyone else to do the same.
