Mimi was such a lovely, patient and kind person. She very much puts you at ease despite the nature of a Hollywood wax! She was so encouraging and just the loveliest person, as well as being very professional. Highly recommend paying Mimi a visit for your next wax. This is from someone who doesn't like being waxed!

Fantastic as always - especially reassuring this time as I was in a rush and felt frantic. Mimi put me at ease straight away with a lovely calming environment, and proceeded with an extremely quick (but extremely thorough) appointment - perfect!

It's always a big anticipation when you come round to needing a wax, finding a professional to do a good job (when you have one go every couple of months) is so important. Mimi made me feel comfortable straight away, the wax was as painless as it gets and very thorough. Mimi was also very friendly and pleasant, her energy was great and I will certainly be using her services again.
