I booked my daughter in for 5.15pm, she arrived early as her friend was booked in before her, she booked in. At 4.59 I received an email to say her appointment was rescheduled for 5pm. Not a problem as she's there. Received a call from my daughter at 5.25 to say they won't take her as she's late. After I called they eventually agreed to take her but said to her they would only do a plain French tip, no design as she was late. Totally unprofessional . Def wouldn't recommend
