Unfortunately hairdresser left bleach too long on my hair and damaged it. I've only noticed when I came home when I had a close look. I didn't go back as I thought thats too late (I mean next day) and probably they will come up with an excuse and explanation. But keeping bleach on hair for over an h should be a red flag for me.
