I had made an appointment for 9am and when I had made the booking it shown 5 staff available. When I arrived at the salon, there was myself and 3 other customers waiting and only 1 member of staff to do nails. Another arrived not long after followed by another 2 but the original girl did one customer then stopped. My nails weren't done until 9.50am which meant I had to ask them to rush as I had to go to work, no apologies or explanations for the delay or the mistake on their part.

Love my nails! Great salon where you can get everything done under the one roof... always get my eyebrow done too. Great service as always.
