I have had my nails done before and they were really good so booked again this time not so good. I asked for gel removal and reapplied. I got biab nails instead. Was only told this after they were done. Also when doing my cuticle my skin was nipped causing it to bleed quite a bit. Very pleased with the colour. At the end of the treatment I wasn’t even asked if I was happy with the length.
