Staff where all so freindly . Didnt wait long for my appointment nadine was very pleasant nothing was too much trouble . Hair cut was fantastic and she even curled it for me rather than straght. Only hairdressers i will use in future.

My appointment ran half an hour late as did 4 or 5 other woman who were waiting for their eyebrows while I was there. Made for not a nice atmosphere. No apology either. According to other woman there this is the way it always is. Not bad nails tho.

Had to wait 45 minutes over the time I booked and haircut was really rushed, felt on edge the whole haircut. She didn't even straighten my hair and then put on so much hairspray, there was no need. Sorry, won't be back.
