The nails were ok. I just don’t get why I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. It appears as though they accept bookings and take walk ins but do so on a first come/first serve basis. If that’s the case, no booking should be required. I was in a rush too, that’s why I chose this booking as it fit my schedule. The staff don’t even apologise either, if you ask how long it’ll be roughly, they get very annoyed. Not the friendliest.
