2nd time going for a Gel Polish Spa Pedicure & Massage with Augusta. My appointment was booked for 2pm. Was not taken until 2.20pm. No apology. My feet were put in water to soak for 10 minutes, Augusta went and done another treatment. When she came back, she had earphones in watching something on her mobile while giving me the pedicure. Not a lot of interaction. My treatment was good, but was not the full 1 hour and 15 minutes, and not advised that it was £5 extra for french manicure.
