Overall a great service.They made the mistake of calling my friend b4 time & then telling her they weren't ready.Other than that staff over all were great.Sadly I do not feel the same about the rest of the hotel.The lady who worked her magic on me was sensational,I won't be coming back 2 Holiday inn as a whole (due to poor hotel standards) but she did a fantastic job.
