I had booked this for myself and two bridesmaids before the wedding as a treat. When we arrived we were given a towel and told to go into the swimming pool until we were called for our treatments, no nice welcome just dumped with towels. We then went into and overcrowded dirty changing room. The showers were cold and everyone was complaining about this while queuing for a shower. The swimming pool area was dirty and had no seating or loungers ... this doesn’t seem like a spa place at all and I had nowhere to sit and speak with my friends. We were then greeted by the therapist who shouted at us “dint get in the pool you can’t be wet for your treatment” this was never advised ... we got out of the pool and filled in our forms. The lady kept persisting the treatment room was too small to house all 3 of us so one would have to wait outside ... I explained we would not want to do this and it would not of been booked of this was the case. The therapist finally agreed to let one of my friends squeeze in a small seat in the room while 2 of us had our treatments... hardly a relaxing treat. We then went for lunch where we were told to sit in one seat by one lady ... she then argued very loudly with her co worker at the bar that we were not allowed to sit there as we were “only spa people” we then got moved to our embarrassment and given a menu to be told “you can only pick from sandwiches or paninis” we ordered teas and coffees that we had to ask for 3 times ... this raised another loud argument between the co-workers ... when they came and we asked for sugar the lady behind the bar explained she was so busy and no one was helping her (the bar was empty and this really wasn’t our problem)
