My husband and I regularly use Mind Body and Spirit for massages and facials and always receive six star treatment. Leigh is very knowledgeable and always makes you feel comfortable. She has an amazing personality and truly cares about people. Can't recommend her highly enough. Karen P

My daughters and I had hot stone massages last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed them. Leigh was really good and the other staff were friendly and helpful also. Would definitely go again.

The lady that does the treatments,she is really nice,and the treatments she does,she does with care,but the spa it self is looking run down,and I think needs a make over.
