This review has nothing to do with the service or the salon. The reason for my dissatisfaction was that I was amazingly busy that day and really wanted a manicure for an event that evening. I discovered wahanda and was delighted to find an appointment quickly, near me, at the only time I could make it. However I drove to the salon only to get a text as I was parking, 1 min before scheduled time asking if we could re-schedule due to an emergency. I accept emergencies cannot be helped but I suppose in future I will be mindful of the size of the salon and try to use ones that are likely be able to cover such things.

Excellent service. Really really friendly and professional. I had the gel removal and gel manicure. The colours were lovely and it lasted just under 2 weeks. I thought it was excellent value for money and will definitely be back there again.

I didnt feel 100% relaxed due to the noise outside the room and as nice as the therapist was, I struggled again to relax as she kept speaking to me during the massage. However it was very easy to use wahanda and will be using the service again.
Swedish Massage
A very relaxing facial done by a really nice lady. Uses the hand held caci system and includes a facial with top class products that left my skin looking glowing after and my skin tone was evened out and is still looking clear days later. Looking forward to my next session today :)
