A very relaxing facial done by a really nice lady. Uses the hand held caci system and includes a facial with top class products that left my skin looking glowing after and my skin tone was evened out and is still looking clear days later. Looking forward to my next session today :)

great relaxing massage, nice to have someone who will add extra pressure in key areas - I hate wishy-washy massages!

Lovely staff and great location based in the Holiday Inn in Brentwood. Small room but can accommodate a lot of services.

My experience at mind body and spirt was excellent, very professional and high standard. has a very relaxing environment. And great out comes of every treatment Iv had so far. Would recommend anyone here for a treatment
