The blow dry itself was very good, but slightly ruined by the fact that the junior didn't wash my hair properly. I think this was partly due to the layout of the salon - staff can only stand to the side of the wash basins so the other side of my head was left practically unwashed! I would have mentioned it at the time but I was in a rush and didn't want to cause delay.
