I was greeted with an offer of green tea and the staff was efficient. It was a return visit and Sophie did a great job trimming and blow drying my hair so that I was ready to go out for the evening. I have had balayage done there before and I will definitely return for more colour in a couple of weeks' time. She is good and very sociable too.
