It is a very laid back, polite environment. I loved the 'anything is possible' attitude when I asked if they provide other services, such as bridal up-do's etc.
My hairdresser was very chatty, but in the nicest possible way. She also made sure to the tiniest detail that I had my hair the way I wanted it and I was happy.
I think it's just a relief to have something like this in Central London, where there's no fake customer service and everything is just genuinely well done.

The two girls were very welcoming and friendly. The shop was clean, it smelled really nice (yeah I loved the scent in the shop haha!) and their music in the background created an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. The endresult of my haircut was perfect, my hairdresser understood immediately what I wanted and cut it while advicing me what she's going to do. I'm very happy with it!
Great haircut for me, Jazz ah belle was understanding, chatty and did what I needed. The decor not to my liking though but the haircut was ace. Thanks.
