I had my gel polish removed and unfortunately the result was a very uneven nail surface and chips! However I am very happy with all the other services at this place (wax, shellac, manicure)

Eyebrow threading was great, waxing was done very quickly so not as thorough but they did squeeze me when I called to change my original time. Overall good experience.
