I had my hair cut by Sophie. Upon arrival, I was accommodated for my appointment earlier than the time I had booked! I was offered tea, coffee, or WINE which I of course accepted. I had a consultation with Sophie to start, and she was extremely kind and professional. Another staff member washed my hair, and brought me back to Sophie who did the cut. She did an AMAZING job! Probably the best haircut I've had in London, and I've gotten many compliments on it! She did exactly what I wanted, and more! She made sure she had a really good idea of what I wanted done before she started, and as she went she mentioned that it could be changed/shortened if I wanted once it was dry.
Overall, really happy with this place and I think I will make it my regular salon from now on!! Highly recommend!

Nice little salon with a relaxed atmosphere which made me feel really comfortable. Friendly staff, and got exactly what i wanted!
