Alex is hands down the best, I got quite a lot cut off this time— I love it and got loads of compliments! I’ve been coming to this salon for years, everyone is so nice and Alex always does my hair perfectly!

The place isn't very pleasant, everything is a bit shabby.
There was no good place to put my bag and everything was full of hair on the floor.
The haircut was ok I think, it was just a straight cut but the blow out didn't look at all like the inspiration pictures I showed (that they said they can replicate). It looked like literally the complete opposite and I tied my hair back as soon as I left the salon as I really didn't like the outcome of the blowdry.
