I went in for a partial balayage. The colour was too bright, not blended very well, and had an irregular bright stripe that stood out. Great staff and offered me the chance to come in to redo the toner, which I did but then that was too dark (left on longer than the previous toner). The staff are lovely but I definitely wouldn't come back for colour.
