Stylist was lovely, so I didn’t want to write this. But, after finally straightening my hair and seeing the cut properly, I’m genuinely gutted. I emphasised I wanted layers & shape, showed pics & explained my thick hair needs layering to avoid looking bulky. But I’ve been left with exactly what I said I didn’t want: a blunt, shapeless cut with virtually no layers. I put effort into explaining my concerns, so it’s incredibly disappointing to end up with the complete opposite of what I asked for
