Room for the waxing wasn’t that private, when the door open you could see right through to the front of the shop. Leg waxing left me red and there are scars all over. Wasn’t a great experience this time round, probably because It was a different technician this time, had a much better technician last time, if I come here again make sure I get the one I had the good experience with.

The customer service lets this place down- gave my name to the receptionist on arrival, got no response (would have expected a ‘take a seat’ at bare minimum). She then got up and left the front desk and I was sat there until 20 mins into what was meant to be my appointment time before I was actually seen. Didn’t seem to be busy, and no apology/ reason as to why the treatment started late. The wax was really good, but I definitely felt like I was putting them out. I will look elsewhere in Bristol next time.
