I was a little nervous about getting my wax treatment due to previous experiences. My beauty therapist at Ministry of Beauty was fantastic. She put me at ease, was calm, kind and professional. She also did a great job!

Really enjoyed my pedicure but don't forget to take open shoes as I forgot but can purchase them at the salon
Really good overall! Except the legs waxing the lady repeatedly waxed one place over and over and it left me bruised for two days

First time visit to Ministry of Beauty after a quick online search. Far better than the place I used to visit in Bath, which I didn't think was possible. I felt at ease (despite a little pain), really calming atmosphere & the lovely lady that waxed me was just brilliant. There wasn't really a moment of silence, which kept me distracted. Thank you so much, I can't wait to visit again!
