The Brazilian bikini wax was as fantastic as ever, this is my regular place and I would suggest it to everyone in Bristol, especially students. But the upper lip wax has given me a rash, which has scabbed over slightly, meaning that 4 days after I got it done, the area above my upper lip is still very red and sore.

I am a regular at Ministry of Beauty, and I really like this salon. However on this occasion I had a different therapist to the woman I normally have (who's name I can't remember but she has dark hair) and I felt that the woman I had this time was in a bit of a rush. The whole treatment felt rushed and it wasn't as friendly as I've come to expect. Also my bikini wax is a little uneven which is disappointing. I will definitely still return, but I don't think my experience this time was reflective of the salon as a whole!

Vicky did a great job. Really professional, reassuring and did a really nice wax. The whole place was great and really good value for money.
Will definitely be returning
