I booked an appointment at 9:30 but nobody showed up until 10. The treatment wasn't thorough and they missed bits.
This was the first time I've visited this Ministry of Waxing branch, and it was so much nicer than the others. Mainly due to the staff being very friendly. My therapist was extremely professional and had an amazing eye for detail, she took her time and did not rush - which I often feel in other places. I will definitely be returning

I love the venue which was clean and organised and the background music playing during the treatment. I have been there before and the therapist was lovely and polite and made me feel comfortable during my first visit. This time I had a different therapist and she didn't speak to me very much and gave directions (follow me, move your leg etc) quite bluntly which made me feel a bit awkward. I didn't take it personally as I don't know how well she spoke English but I feel it could be improved on. Also the waxing resulted in a few ingrown hairs and uncomfortableness that I don't usually get with the same treatment from other therapists/waxing shops.
