I literally came back from GREECE where I am spending my summer because this is the most reliable place to get a (nearly) painless wax. Hard wax is the only way forward for me now, and this shop has really great technicians, as well as super friendly receptionists. I went from the airport home to drop bags and then to the appointment. It's that good.

My bikini wax is completely lop sided and not all the hair promised was removed. I had to go to the Covent Garden store two days later where the service was much better
