Very professional, quick and thorough treatment. Would suggest they turn the music down slightly in the treatment room but otherwise it was fine.

A little odd to walk through a coffee shop to go and get waxed but once you're upstairs you forget that. My waxing was good overall but the therapist wasn't particularly friendly and I was told she didn't have time to do some areas which I thought should have been covered in the treatment (and would be at every other salon I've visited). Those areas she did do, she did well and very thoroughly. I did feel that the music in the treatment room was uncomfortably loud, not at all relaxing.
The staff was very friendly but unfortunately the treatment was not done well. I only noticed it the next day but most of the hair broke instead of coming out with the root.
