Always love this place, they just know what they are doing and it's very professional. Staff always make sure that you feel comfortable (well as comfortable as waxing can be). A little bit expensive for the service but other than that A+++

As a client of Ministry of Waxing in Covent Garden, I thought I'd try the Chelsea one as its close to home and I'm currently on maternity leave. First of all, the place itself is amazing and I love that they have healthy food and drink downstairs. But, the real gem here is Zoe! She not only did the most efficient and painless wax I've had (I normally bite towels because it hurts so much), but she was respectful and extremely nice. If you have never been here GO and if you are lucky enough, you will get Zoe to do your treatments.
