I stayed away from laser for fear of the pain, but it was completely painless! My therapist was really reassuring and lovely which made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend!

it's not an easy decision going for the full monty, but well worth it. you get the best wax at The Ministry, Ellie was lovely. totally professional, nice to chat too.

Appointment time changed with less than 24 hours notice and when I called to say it wasn’t convenient to change the time, I was simply told that there were no other appointments were available as somehow a mistake had been made. Really inconvenient as I couldn’t reschedule to another day due to a holiday so had to cancel plans in order to attend (despite booking and paying a week in advance). No apology, no discount, nothing offered. Treatment was very good but their booking process is shambolic, as is the customer service.
