The treatment itself is great, and the therapists are good. But the staff all together behind the front desk are intimidating and rude. No one seems to ever know the amount to pay and when questioned every time it’s a different amount and doesn’t add up. Very poorly managed and would not recommend visiting this branch.

The best leg wax I have ever received, the only time I have not looked red afterwards, my legs were so smooth and it didn’t look as though I had just had a wax as my skin didn’t look red or a bit irritated-which it always has done in the past. First time at ministry of waxing, and I will definitely return.
