I've had a Hollywood twice now at MOW and it's definitely the best I've had. Redness afterwards is much less than what I'm used to (I have sensitive skin) and the results last longer. I've had two different members of staff and both were great.

If you book a lower half leg wax, they consider this below the knees and foot. I’ve never had this before and i’ve been waxing for years. After pointing out that I don’t have foot hair to wax and that i’d prefer the knee, I was told I had to pay more on an already expensive wax. Absolutely ridiculous policy! Now I have hairy knees for my upcoming holiday.
