The therapist was good. However agree that the place was a bit shabby- was expecting more for the price. I felt at the end there was a bit too much of selling the wax packages.
The rooms leave a lot to be desired - they would benefit from something to look at on the ceiling at least!
They are fast, but sometimes that means they aren't too thorough. But it is really painless and the therapists are very nice.
