This was my first visit. The beauty therapist was really good and friendly but missed a little bit on my Brazilian so I’m left feeling like I’m not finished! Only realised when I got home. The floor was not clean, one of the drawers was broken in the treatment room and the place just looks a bit tired. Staff were very good though.
