Generally good but not as good as last time I came here as had a different therapist (last time was amazing!)
Great atmosphere. Always love that the wax is not painful. Was disappointed that i went home with wax on me.
No waiting, no nonsense, no complaints. The rooms are basic but calm sanctuaries (no unnecessary candles or dreary mood music), the staff are friendly and leave no hair untouched!
