This service is normally excellent, but I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and the therapists very abruptly told me there was not enough time for my full wax and she could only do less as I had to be out within the remainder of my 30 min slot. She was then honestly brutal and rude for the next 20 minutes, although the waxing was good. I left the treatment room 2 mins before the end of my session to find no clients waiting. It’s sad that there lacks a level of customer service here, as the actual wax is very good. I think it would of possibly only taken an extra 4 mins to completely my wax and completely of changed my experience. I was charged the full amount and sadly I am not sure I am willing to be treated that way again.
Really good wax. Didn’t hurt at all! Team were very professional and place was very clean.
