I consistently am really disappointed with my appointments here. The appointments are often rescheduled, which leads to not having the therapist requested. The receptionist staff are rude, and therapists are sometimes friendly,sometimes not. The salon is outdated and needs a refresh.

Lovely and friendly therapist. Quite disorganised when I arrived as they seemed to have me confused with another customer. Quick and relatively pain free wax but a few fairly noticeable hairs were left.
