I had a service from Halima. She was nice, professional and fast. I ended up paying more at the till and did call in the next day. lady on the phone explained it was a mistake, they are aware of it and I can redeem that amount the next time I am in. I’ll most likely go there again but I should have asked about the discrepancy right on the spot.

The staff were nice enough but there was load music, the towels seemed dirty, and the wax wasn’t great (hair left, lots of stray wax!). And it was nearly double the price of the place that I normally go, 50meters away - they were shut.
