It was a good wax - they push for you to buy their big package a lot, which is a bit annoying. The wax for the upper lip was a bit too hot and I had a red spot on my face for a day or two.

Room was very dirty. I was the first appointment of the day, but the towels looked as if they had not been changed (had hair on them), the floor was sticky from wax and the bin overflowing. Have been a regular customer until now, but will find a new waxing salon.
