The treatments were very expensive. The floor of the treatment room was sticky with wax, which is incredibly unfortunate given that you have to take your shoes off for the treatment. My waxer was friendly and have helpful advice. There was no awkwardness despite the nature of the treatment.
It’s not as pain free as the advertising suggests!
I’ve been many times and have always been happy with the result: the staff is lovely and knows what they are doing - it’s probably the quickest and most pain free Brazilian wax I’ve had. Could work on the cleanliness of the place though!
