This is the third time Ministry of Waxing have cancelled on me - not in advance of the appointment - but at the time of the appointment itself. HORRIFICALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - and poor customer service. Not an ounce of regret for having inconvenienced someone who has been a consistent customer for the past five years. For each of the appointments that were cancelled, I had taken time off from work in order to accommodate the appointment times - and yet still all they could do was offer to reschedule for another day. No thanks - I’ll reschedule elsewhere next time!
