Received a call 45 minutes before my appointment to be informed that the beautician booked for my appointment was not able to before the wax. Would have been helpful to know earlier in the day and not when I was already half way to the salon.
It was a busy Saturday and you can tell the staff are tired. They are still doing a good job but I'll try to book in the morning next time!
Very efficient and friendly staff. Good quick treatment and relatively pain free.

Nice service but quality not great. When I got home I noticed small patches of hairs had been missed under one of my eyebrows and overall finish not as neat as I have experienced elsewhere. Much more expensive too.
