It was a quality wax and she took her time and talked me through what she was doing (warning me when it was going to be particularly painful). For the price I thought the venue could have been a little nicer.

The results are always great, the staff friendly and helpful. The decor is not to my taste but if you are only going for a wax, the ambiance hardly matters.
