I have been visiting this chain in their various locations around the world and the London one did not disappoint, the staff was professional and friendly, I got a good, fast service. It is more expensive than other waxing places but they do a good job.

The waxing was carried out quickly, however it wasn't thorough and careful enough. It was finished off by trimming, and I found a lot of spikey regrowth within a day or two, so I think that the trimming was to compensate for an unfinished job. The therapist was very nice. I thought it was expensive and the place was gimmicky and I will try elsewhere next time.
