Hair was falling out whilst still in the building.
More was out when I got home which I text about.
The next day there was a lot more out so requested a refund to which my appointment for next week was cancelled by the owner. Cannot accept any fault and will be taking this further

Our wedding hair trials were amazing. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful. The salon was lovely. The girls asked if we were happy, if we wanted to change anything and how we wanted it to look like.
On my wedding day she arrived early and all went to plan. She knew exactly what we wanted and it all looked amazing. The ones who didn’t even have a trial were done how they wanted perfectly.
Would 100% recommend mink for wedding hair!
