Started getting my nails done at Mino Vo about two years ago and I haven’t gone to anyone else ever since! Both the salons in Turnpike Lane and Green Lanes are amazing. Mino always does an amazing job, but there is also another gentlemen who works there (so sorry, I don’t know his name so I have to describe) he is maybe a little older than Mino and has a slim build; can I just say that he is absolutely amazing at doing nails and such a perfectionist, and I leave the salon with perfect nails every time. He doesn’t stop till each nail is identical in shape/length and doesn’t complain or fuss when you ask him to redo something or change it. I usually find him to be working at the Turnpike Lane salon however he was at Green Lanes today which was great news!❤️

This review is for an appointment on 5/11/19. Really disappointed with Rachel as she was in a huge rash to leave as i was her last appointment and did a really poor job. I kept giving her feedback as we were going along but kept saying shed fix it later which of course she didn’t. She skiped steps in the process like filing with the rectangular spong and that has left fine pieces leaving nails looking uneven.
The worst bit was that she was cheeky enough to say I missed my appointment so that I wouldnt be able to leave any feedback as my disappointment was obvious, which is why i am leaving a review under a previous appointment. The other technicians have previously been better so Rachel is not necessarily representative of the service you receive here but ill make sure to avoid her next time.
